Oops, first mistake; that I've picked up: damn Dyslexia and I think this is American English. How apt, in so many ways!?
Well, punched in 'Learning Blog' and came up with a lot about making the same and making money out of them. There's a relationship there. So instead I searched my Favourites, only to find hundreds of learning blogs that I had stored. You learn something....
Here's a sample from current and from old activity (interestingly this exercise has given me an oversight of some things quite personal):
The Guardian (newspaper), Comment is Free, an invaluable handle on the zeitgeist
if that's the right word.

and her free book,

Greenpeace and Animal Ethics (old post concerning Peter Singer's take on sentience),
To sum; because we seem to hurt and love simply because we do but we're not alone in that.

http://www.greenpeace.org.uk/blogAnd (sorry grammarians) some principles - tenets applied to a particular situation, from Caitlin Moran.

I hope this all 'means something and adds up', even if/when the layout goes a bit skew on publishing.
Off to your blogs.
